Board of Deacons The board of deacons consists of the pastor, four officers and a minimum of 5 male members of the congregation designated as deacons. The board of deacons performs their responsibilities as a coherent administrative body.

Larry Gunby, Chairman The chairman presides at all business meetings of the members and of the Board; has general supervision of the administrative affairs of this church as provided in the church constitution and/or as directed by the pastor; shall sign all instruments of the church where applicable; is an ex-officio member of all committees, and performs all other duties incident to the office. |
Gary Neitzke, Vice Chairman, Membership Director The vice-chairman assists the chairman as directed, and performs the functions of the chairman during his absence. Membership Director examines the qualifications of applicants for membership and recommends qualified applicants to the Board for approval; keeps the Board apprised of members who are sick or in need of financial assistance; keeps current the membership roster; and in general, assists the pastor as he may direct in matters affecting the membership. |
CW4 Daniel Gollan, Secretary, The secretary keeps the Minutes of the business meetings of the members and the Board; receives and issues notice of all business meetings of the members and the Board; is custodian of the corporate seal and records; keeps a current roster of the members with addresses; and maintains a record of attendance of the Board meetings; signs instruments where required by law, and prepares the agenda of all business meetings of the members and the Board. Nursery committee chariman is responsible for the administration and operation of the nursery facilities. |
Lance Vander Bogart, Treasurer, The treasurer is responsible for the receipt, deposit and disbursement of all funds and securities as authorized by the pastor, the Board and church members; keeps the books of account; renders a current financial statement at the annual business meeting of the members, and makes such other reports which at the discretion of the treasurer are essential to proper financial reporting. The treasurer is responsible for the investment of surplus funds subject to the approval of the pastor and the Board. The church accounting personnel are under the sole supervision of the treasurer. |

Mike Fitzpatrick, Deacon, Usher Committee Chairman Usher committee chairman is responsible for the seating of the congregation at all public worship services; provides for tellers at business meetings of the members, and preparation and distribution of the elements of the Lord’s Supper. |

Carl Victer, Deacon, Grounds and Grounds and maintenance director is responsible for the operating, use, maintenance, and repair of all property not specifically delegated to others, including all buildings, grounds, parking areas, mechanical equipment, and all equipment/furniture and fixtures appurtenant to the church property. The cleaning and maintenance personnel shall be under the supervision of this chairman. |
Mike Green, Deacon, Sunday school superintendent is responsible for the approval of curriculum used in the Sunday school operation, enlists and trains faculty, and administers the day-to-day functions of the sunday school. |
